Fourth Wing Book Activation – Nationwide Experiential Campaign
LA Follies partnered with Avenge Creative to bring the world of Fourth Wing by bestselling author Rebecca Yarros to life through a multi-city experiential activation celebrating the hugely popular fantasy novel THRESHING DAY. As fans of this series, we were incredibly excited to be part of the threshing.
Our team produced character-driven performers inspired by the riders and world of Fourth Wing, creating immersive moments for fans at launch events across the country. Activations took place at The Grove in Los Angeles, Seaport in New York City, Red Tower Books in Paramus, Vroman’s Bookstore in Pasadena, and Barnes & Noble in Huntington Beach.
Working on an accelerated timeline, LA Follies designed and built character costuming, styling, and performer looks that captured the dramatic tone of the series while remaining flexible for multiple locations and venues. Performers interacted with guests throughout the events, heightening the excitement for fans gathering to celebrate the release.
The activation demonstrated LA Follies’ ability to quickly scale immersive entertainment across multiple markets, providing themed performers, custom costuming, and experiential storytelling for major book launches, brand activations, and entertainment campaigns.
